09/11: SITE BACK!!!
Hello People...You may (or more likely not) have noticed that the site disappeared off the face of the internet the other day.
It was completely my fault - when you host a site, you should read the emails you get from the hosting company - especially ones that tell you that your site is going to be migrated to a new server shortly!!!
I'm not sure if you'll notice any difference in the site i.e. speed, load time etc but it's done now and thanks to the good people from HU, I have my brough.info back!!!

17/10: Fitness Take II...
OK i admit it, I didn't get to conditioning last night, arrived far to late. I'm going to go oot fir a jog the night though to make up for it and may even do some sprints oot in the field.16/10: JB's Fitba Fitness Drive....
Fitness....Have decided to step up my midweek fitness effort from zero to one hundred percent. After 80 minutes of fitba on Saturday morning followed by labouring helping rid our building plot of chickens till the back of 7, I'll admit to being a bit behind the pace in our 2-1 victory over the Grove FPs on Sunday.
I reckon that by Christmas, I can have some signs of the good old slender JB days when I could play football for hours and hours every day, 7 days a week and not be knackered in the slightest. Not that I did say ***SIGNS***, i'm no getting delusional here, jist stating my aims.
I also figure that at just under 15 stone, I need to shed at least 2 stone to get to a healthly weight. So i'm gonna get FAR more exercise in and eat less and (this one hurts) drink less of the beloved man-beer (drivage will be the option taken over taxiage!) and even when I do opt fir the beerage, i'm gonna lay off the heavy (now that WILL be hard!).
All starts tonight with conditioning at the uni - 6.30 Sky Sports 1 (also available on Sky Sports HD).

15/09: Weekend and pictures....
WOOOOOHOOOO - it'll soon be the weekend! Beer and PERTAH!!!! Cooks having a bit of a doo on Sat and it is Mr Arrenbergs 23rd - so should be a good-un. The decks may make an appearance for musical delight!!!The mighty Dees are to continue their march back up the table with a 4-0 trouncing of QoS, will be there too.
There are more photoes which I have added to the gallery for all your viewing pleasure (honeymoon, prague and the lads birthdays).

I've just noticed that i'm a genius without even meaning it - there is no limit to the powers of JB's sub-conscious!If you watch the random pic and random quote on the right - sometimes (most times) - the quote makes a good caption for the photo (they are mostly Anchorman quotes so you can't really go wrong!)
